SNS Asset Management operates as an independent unit within SNS REAAL. The organisation is designed to be both flat and efficient. The unit is characterised by the integration of disciplines. Below is an overview of our corporate structure.

Allocation & Selection

The department Allocation & Selection is responsible for a studied product range and selects the best external managers to create the most optimum investment result for SNS Asset Management's customers.

ESG Research

A multidisciplinary team from SNS Asset Management investigates whether companies and institutions in which we invest meet the fundamental principles. We also investigate the involvement of companies in a range of social, ethical and environmental issues.

Portfolio Management

Within the Portfolio Management department the Equity team is responsible for the ASN Equity Fund (ASN Aandelenfonds), European Quality (3P) and Dutch Equity. The Fixed Income team manages the Euro Investment Grade portfolios. The research analysts select the companies with the best stakeholdermanagement within their sector.

Client Services

Supplies customers with accurate information about the portfolios and investment strategy and is a valuable conversation partner who thinks along and anticipates on developments.

Marketing & Sales

This department intends to attract new assets under management by a.o. increasing SNS Asset Management's name in the professional (institutional and semi-institutional) market.

Product Development
(Further) Developing of expertise, products and services in the area of “responsible investing”.

Business Control

The Business Control department monitors the company's operational risks. This department is responsible for  risk management, projects, finance and compliance.

Operations

Is responsible for the administration and performance measurement & reporting of SNS Asset Management's portfolios. Besides, Operations has a central role in the stock administration for the clients of SNS Asset Management, SNS REAAL and its branches.
