ASN Investment Funds (ASN Beleggingsfondsen)
ASN Bank places great emphasis on human rights, social commitment and environmental policy. Naturally, the bank aims to achieve an optimum financial return on invested assets. SNS Asset Management manages a number of the ASN Investment Funds like the ASN Equity fund and the ASN Fixed Income fund.

ASN Bank builds all investment forms around the same principle: a good return for the client and a substantial contribution to the world of tomorrow. Whatever fund you choose, ASN does not invest in companies that are involved in for example child labour or unnecessary animal suffering.

Below you will find a list of the ASN investment funds.

The ASN Investment Funds
  • ASN Aandelenfonds (Equity Fund) is the leading ethical equity fund in the Netherlands. The fund invests in global equity of companies with sustainable and socially responsible business practices.
  • ASN Mixfonds (Mix Fund) invests in global equity and bonds of socially responsible enterprises and governments. The fund is relatively stable, with a good return and limited risk in the longer term.
  • ASN Obligatiefonds (Fixed Income Fund) invests exclusively in sustainable bonds issued by governments, enterprises and institutions. In the long term the return on bonds is slightly lower than the return on equity. The risk is therefore also low.
  • ASN Groenprojectenfonds (Green Projects Fund) invests in green projects that have government approval, and enjoys favourable tax terms. The return is stable and the risk low.
  • ASN Milieu- en Waterfonds (Environment and Water Fund) invests worldwide in environmental technology and particularly in water companies. Water is the source of all life and is increasingly in short supply. It therefore offers good investment opportunities. A high return, with high risk.
  • ASN Small & Midcap fund invests in small- and mediumsized European companies. Over the last years these smaller European companies have shown a better financial result than large multinationals. Even in the field of sustainability smaller companies are at the forefront.
  • ASN-NOVIB fund is a cooperation between ASN Bank and Oxfam Novib. The fund invests in microfinance organisations recommended by Oxfam Novib. These organisations grant credits to small entrepreneurs in developing countries against fair conditions, so that these entrepreneurs are able to support themselves structurally. Next to this they give guidance to the entrepreneurs with specific knowledge.
